Inspirational seminars support teachers and caregivers in guiding children and providing parents with valuable information about the child, making the work calmer. They provide proven knowledge related to the topic and Juul's universal values: authenticity, responsibility, cooperation, integrity, equal dignity, leadership, personal authority. 

The seminars introduce the content of JESPER JUUL, a Danish family therapist and world-renowned educator. 

His book, Your Competent Child, is one of the most highly regarded contemporary positions on parenting. Juul emphasizes the importance of respect and cooperation in interactions with children and promotes mature adult leadership. He talks about such modern values as authenticity, responsibility, dignity, integrity, authenticity, accountability, community, and leadership. In recent years, Jesper Juul has paid particular attention to the crisis of modern schooling and the issue of aggression. According to him, these are two of the most pressing problems of European educational culture. That is why Family Lab trainers work with schools pedagogical institutions, train social workers, educators and provide parents with knowledge.

The moment I became a mom was the beginning of my own journey and adventure to get to know myself and find the best solutions for my family and me. In turn, running schools and preparing teachers to work with children and supporting parents, I saw how much we need to feel good, confident and at peace in what we do.

Through Jesper Juul, my picture of relationships in family and education became whole. I know how important a relationship is based on equal dignity, authenticity, and wise leadership. Today this knowledge, combined with my experience, allows me to support teachers and parents in their development and daily relationship with their children. 

Being a Family Lab trainer and leading seminars, I see how people discover themselves and find them essential. Participants say that they get a lot of practical inspiration from everyday life at our meetings, which allows them to translate the content into simple relationships to live more peacefully, joyfully and consciously in their relationships, in their families, at school...
