On March 13–14, 2026, we had the great pleasure of participating in the 3rd Pedeutological Conference and School, held at the University of Wrocław. The event, themed "Teacher well-being as a challenge for pedeutology," proved to be an incredibly inspiring space for reflection on modern education.

The prestige of the event was enhanced by the presence of distinguished guests, including: Prof. Artur Błażejewski (Vice-Rector of the University of Wrocław), Prof. Agnieszka Cybal-Michalska (Chair of the Committee on Pedagogical Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences), Ms. Ewa Skrzywanek (Lower Silesian Superintendent of Education), Prof. Paweł Klint (Dean of the Faculty of Historical and Pedagogical Sciences).

The two-day conference was an intensive period filled with scientific, practical, and artistic activities. As participants, we had the opportunity to lead a workshop titled: "Teacher’s competencies, values, and attitudes in light of Montessori philosophy, Adlerian individual psychology, and Jesper Juul’s thought – how to build authority, authenticity, and relationships in the changing world of education?"

The central focus of all discussions was the search for answers to today’s key questions: how to effectively support teacher well-being and how to build an educational environment founded on cooperation, growth, and mutual support.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the organizers: the Pedeutology Section of the Committee on Pedagogical Sciences (Polish Academy of Sciences), the Department of Early Childhood and Pre-school Pedagogy at the University of Wrocław, co-organizer Prof. Jolanta Szempruch, and the supporting "Zielone Wzgórze" Student Research Club.
