Admissions Process
Step 1 - Recruitment application
Please complete the registration form on our website:
In response, we will send you an email with information about the Academy, as well as a request to complete and submit documentation about your child, including a Child Personality Questionnaire.
Step 2 - Meetings at the Academy
We will invite you to two meetings. The dates of both of them are arranged individually.
- Academy Tour. We will show you around the school and the preschool during the meeting. You can bring your child to this meeting. Before the visit, please read the Parent's Guide we have sent you. In it, you will find answers to many of the questions parents ask during the admission process.
- Individual meeting with the management of the Academy. The meeting is meant for parents only. We would like both parents to be present at the meeting.
Step 3 - Trial days
We will invite your child for a trial stay at our Academy. We want to see how your child fits in with the group. This is also an excellent opportunity to check if the school or the preschool fully meets the expectations and needs of your family. After the trial days, a decision is made about your child's admission to the Academy. If the decision is positive on both sides, we will sign the contract. We will also ask you to provide the required documents and pay the enrolment fee.
Step 4 - Welcome to the Academy
You will receive an official letter confirming that your child has been accepted to the Academy. We will work with you to establish an individual adaptation plan for your child.
We reserve the right to interrupt the recruitment process at any stage without giving any reason.
